Gigahash collects account details, security events, campaign responses, submitted evidence, device information, reward activity, and support communications to operate and protect the rewards service.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, match eligible campaigns, verify participation, prevent fraud, issue GT and rewards, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve service quality. Sponsors receive campaign responses and operational identifiers; they do not receive passwords or authentication codes.
Service providers
Hosting, email, monitoring, and reward-fulfillment providers process information under contract. We do not treat GT as cryptocurrency or a bank deposit, and we do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and choices
Account and campaign records are retained only as needed for operations, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information by contacting privacy@gigahashgroup.com. Some financial and audit records may need to be retained.
Security and children
We use encryption in transit, restricted access, authentication controls, audit logs, and backups. Gigahash is not intended for children under 18. Contact security@gigahashgroup.com to report a security concern.
